Shipping

• We ship to Canada and the US.
• Shipping is $9.99 per order, and free on orders over $100.
• Every item is printed when you order it. Printing takes 2-7 business days, then delivery in Canada usually takes 2-7 business days. All in, most Canadian orders arrive in about 4-14 business days. US orders can take a few extra days.
• Busy times like the holidays can add a few days, so order early for gifts.

Something wrong with your order?

If your order shows up misprinted, damaged or it's not what you ordered, email info@prohcanada.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your pick. You don't need to send anything back.

Returns and exchanges

Because each item is printed just for you, we can't take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size before you order. If you're stuck between two sizes, email info@prohcanada.com and we'll help you pick.

Changing or cancelling an order

Email info@prohcanada.com as soon as you can. If printing hasn't started yet, we can change or cancel it. Once it's printed, it's yours.
